Legal Assistant (f/m/d) 60-80%

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating scheduling of quarterly GmbH board meetings for Roivant and the Vants
  • Supporting in the preparation of GmbH board materials for Roivant and the Vants
  • Updating the directors & officer and legal entities tracking list for Roivant and the Vants
  • Managing physical and electronic filing/archiving of all legal documents (e.g., license agreements, confidentiality agreements, master services agreements, etc.), including maintaining a contract tracking list
  • Supporting in collecting signatures and other aspects of contract review and execution process
  • Coordinating of certain intellectual property matters, including legalization requirements
  • Supporting due diligence and “know your customer” requests

Requirements:

  • A law qualification (Bachelor or Master’s degree in either Swiss law or European law)
  • At least 1 to 2 years office working experience in law firm or in-house corporate legal department
  • Work experience in the life sciences industry is a plus
  • Competent computer skills (MS Office, Word at advanced level, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent English and German speaker
  • Proactive, a quick learner, “hands on” attitude and fast execution
  • Proven ability to work as a team as well as autonomously, with strong communication skills
